Responsibilities
Represent employees in Litigation - Labor & Employment matters across California
Draft complaints, motions, and discovery in employment litigation cases
Conduct depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and witnesses
Handle mediations and settlement negotiations
Appear in court for hearings and case proceedings
Manage cases from intake through resolution
Conduct legal research on evolving California employment laws
Collaborate with partners on litigation strategy
Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress
Support trial preparation in complex employment disputes
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of Litigation - Labor & Employment Attorney experience
Active California Bar required
JD from an accredited law school
Excellent legal writing and communication skills
Ability to independently demonstrate case management
Preferred
Background in employment litigation strongly preferred
