Responsibilities
Supervise the acquisition and divestment of real estate assets, including full deal execution support
Driving active asset management initiatives, helping to set strategic direction at the board and shareholder level
Supporting portfolio strategy, performance improvement, capital planning, and value-creation activities across assets
Qualification
Required
2+ years of real estate investing and/or asset management experience within an institutional setting or 2 years real estate M&A experience
Hands-on transactional exposure and/or asset management capability - ability to underwrite, execute, and manage assets post-close
Strong technical foundation and deep understanding of real estate fundamentals, market drivers, and financial modelling
