Commission Sales Associate
The ITAD App is an innovative mobile application that leverages geolocation technology to assist users in selling, disposing, recycling, and managing IT and medical technology assets. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.

Maintaining an understanding of the company’s solutions
Reporting on sales activities and market trends
Qualification
Required
Sales and relationship management skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals effectively
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using technology, including mobile applications and CRM systems
Customer service experience, with the ability to address client needs and concerns professionally
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines
Self-motivation, drive to achieve goals, and willingness to work in a competitive, commission-based environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Experience in asset disposition or technology-related sales is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred
