Responsibilities
Develop, grow and support your assigned sales territory
Spend time with clients and prospects to diagnose and monitor landscapes
Estimate jobs and provide estimates for the work to be completed
Be the trusted advisor for the property owner and become an integral part of the health and safety of the environment you serve
Set up crews, validate the work is being performed, and ensure jobs are completed to clients' satisfaction
Obtain referrals, network, and develop new business
Participate in community and industry events such as presentations to horticultural associations, garden clubs, trade shows, and community organizations
Qualification
Required
Passion for working outdoors and making a positive impact on the environment
Ability to solve customer's problems and help them preserve their tree, plant, and lawn care health through industry leading solutions
Resilience and resourcefulness in the face of change in a fast growth company
Motivation to learn and grow, always looking for opportunities for self-development
Possession of a high level of integrity and obsession with delivering on the customer promise
Hands-on experience, detail-oriented, enjoys technical challenges, and spending time with others
Preferred
Degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant or Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, or equivalent experience
