Represent clients in Adoption Law, Divorce Law, and Family Law matters
Provide legal counsel in custody, parenting time, and support disputes
Draft pleadings, agreements, and court filings
Appear in Illinois courts for hearings and proceedings
Work closely with clients through emotionally sensitive matters
Collaborate with internal teams on case strategy
Maintain consistent communication with clients
Participate in community outreach and firm initiatives
Handle multiple family law matters in a fast-paced Chicago practice
Qualification
Required
4+ years of legal practice experience
Illinois Bar active or pending (IL Bar required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Client-focused and ethical mindset
JD from an accredited law school
Preferred
Prior Family Law Attorney experience preferred but not mandatory
