Responsibilities

Daily posting across IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, and Facebook
End-to-end content production (short-form + long-form)
Brand voice, visuals, and consistency across platforms
Meta (Facebook/IG) paid ads as a distribution lever
Boosting and scaling top-performing content
Testing creative and audiences
Turning every shoot, event, and activation into leverage
Supporting partnerships and sponsorships

Qualification

Content productionMeta ads managementBrand account managementShort-form video editingIndependent operationCreative thinking

Required

Have run brand accounts end-to-end
Have edited hundreds of short-form videos
Have hands-on experience running Meta ads for brands
Understand creative-first paid social (not just dashboards)
Think in systems, not one-off posts
Can operate independently and move fast
