This role involves managing social media accounts, creating content, and ensuring brand consistency across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain our social media accounts
Create and post 2–3 pieces of content per week, including:
– Static, informative content
– Short-form video content
Capture on-site photo and video content as needed
Engage with relevant accounts to help increase visibility and awareness of our brand
Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure content remains timely and engaging
Ensure brand consistency and cohesiveness across all platforms, including social media, in-office materials, and external touchpoints
Assist with newsletters and other patient-facing communications
Support patient messaging, including pre-written email and text responses for reviews, follow-ups, and general communication, to help maintain and strengthen patient trust
Assist with other small marketing-related tasks as needed to support ongoing initiatives (scope will remain reasonable and aligned with the contract role)
Monitor the market and bring forward ideas, trends, or opportunities that may be implemented over time
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
Foundational knowledge of marketing and brand strategy
Ability to work independently while collaborating with our team
Comfort working in—and learning—the medical space, where marketing requires a thoughtful, compliant, and patient-centered approach
Must be located in the Richmond, VA area or surrounding areas to support on-site content capture and attend in-person meetings as needed

Experience managing and maintaining social media accounts
