Responsibilities
Support private client appointments and showroom sales with discretion and white-glove service
Present jewelry confidently and professionally; comfortable modeling pieces (hands/wrist/neck) for product videos
Create and post content: product videos, stories, light editing, captions, basic scheduling
Assist with client follow-ups (text/email/DM) and keep clean notes in a simple CRM process
Learn the trade over time: diamonds/gemstones basics, pricing logic, client objections, and closing
Qualification
Required
Polished luxury presentation and strong on-camera comfort
Social media fluency (IG Reels/Stories; basic editing; good taste)
Coachable, reliable, and drama-free — this role is around high-value inventory and private clients
Sales-minded: confident, resilient, and eager to grow performance-based income
Preferred
Russian strongly preferred; other languages a plus
Experience in luxury retail (jewelry/watches/fashion), hospitality, or high-end client service
Comfortable communicating with international / high-net-worth clientele
Basic photo/video skills (lighting, angles, simple set-ups)
