Responsibilities

Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to grow revenue through partnerships and third-party distributors
Establish robust partner & sales enablement programs to train and certify partners on CLEAR1’s solutions, empowering them to act as brand ambassadors in their respective markets
Identify and onboard key channel partners to expand market reach and enhance customer acquisition
Lead and manage relationships with partners, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support to succeed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, marketing) to align channel initiatives with business goals, ensuring optimal end-user experience and increasing partner retention
Create and implement incentive programs and promotions that drive performance within the channel

Required

Proven experience building and leading channel sales programs, preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology
Deep expertise in SaaS and channel management, with a strong track record in driving sales growth via indirect sales strategies in technology or enterprise technology
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with a track record of driving revenue through third-party channels
Deep understanding of sales strategies, partner ecosystems, and product distribution models
Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills

Preferred

People management experience is a plus
