Responsibilities
Support senior attorneys in Personal Injury Plaintiffs and Product Liability Plaintiffs litigation
Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Prepare and respond to written discovery requests
Conduct legal research related to liability and damages issues
Participate in depositions of parties and witnesses
Assist with case strategy and litigation planning
Communicate regularly with injured clients regarding case progress
Maintain organized case files and deadlines
Help prepare matters for mediation and trial
Work on product defect and injury-related investigations
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Interest or background in Personal Injury Plaintiffs or Product Liability Plaintiffs cases
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple litigation tasks
Client-focused mindset and strong communication skills
