This internship is designed for college juniors or seniors majoring in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, providing real exposure to HR consulting and support for HR generalist work alongside senior HR executives.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Review HR handbooks and policies for clarity, completeness, and consistency
Help organize and update HR templates (offer letters, onboarding checklists, employee communications, etc.)
Support onboarding and offboarding documentation projects
Assist with compliance-oriented research (as directed) and summarize findings
Create first drafts of internal or client-facing materials (summaries, trackers, meeting notes, slide outlines)
Support basic project coordination: action logs, timelines, status updates, and follow-ups
Help prepare structured deliverables for leaders (e.g., quick analyses, options, recommendations under guidance)
Shadow select meetings and debrief with the team to understand consulting problem-solving
Gain visibility into strategic topics like operating model design, workforce planning, performance lift initiatives, and HR modernization
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Business, HR, Organizational Leadership, or related)
Junior or senior standing (or equivalent experience)
Available ~10 hours/week, remote
Strong writing and attention to detail (you catch inconsistencies and clean things up)
Comfortable with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Docs/Sheets/Slides)
Preferred
Interest in HR consulting, startups, scaling organizations, or future-of-work trends
Basic familiarity with HR concepts (policies, onboarding, performance, employee relations)
Experience with simple research and summarizing into a clear point of view
