Responsibilities
Convert inbound leads into monthly and annual memberships through consultative conversations
Drive upgrades and enrollment into high-value programs (Sound Immersion, Longevity, Trainings, Workshops)
Follow up consistently with new and returning prospects by phone and email
Track activity, outcomes, and follow-ups using CRM
Identify trends and opportunities through reporting
Encourage and facilitate 5-star Google reviews
Attend and support info sessions and key studio events
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles (fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-based preferred)
Comfortable with consultative selling and accountability
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
CRM experience (Mindbody, Loyalsnap of e-marketing software platforms preferred)
Professional relationship to wellness—this is a career role, not a personal healing journey
