Responsibilities
Operate multiple single-head embroidery machines simultaneously with accuracy and consistency
Load and align garments and stabilizers per job requirements
Monitor stitching quality and troubleshoot thread breaks, tension issues, or design errors
Trim threads and finish garments to meet quality standards
Change thread colors and update machine settings between jobs
Organize and maintain embroidery supplies and threads
Perform routine maintenance to ensure machinery stays in good working order
Apply DTF transfers, patches, and other decorations using heat printing equipment
Follow layout specs and positioning guides to ensure accuracy
Stage garments for pressing and assist in curing, folding, and boxing orders
Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments
Sort and separate garments by order and decoration type
Match items to corresponding job tickets and stage for different decoration methods
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with inventory restocking and supply management
Follow production schedules and communicate job status to production manager
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and consistency in a production setting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to assist across departments and learn new equipment
Dependable, organized, and able to work well independently or in a team
Preferred
Experience operating commercial embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Barudan, Melco)
