Project and Sales Development Manager

Responsibilities
Act as a sales support partner for AV companies, representing them in client meetings, proposals, and contract negotiations
Support the sales process on behalf of clients — from lead generation and initial enquiry handling to quote preparation, presentation, and deal closure
Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with key clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Serve as the Business Development Manager for Deep Focus, identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the AV and technology integration sectors
Arrange meetings and secure contract work for the Design and Sales Consultation Team, helping expand our client base and project portfolio
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, market research, and partnerships
Collaborate with internal leadership to build strategic sales plans and achieve growth targets
Oversee and manage AV projects as required, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and budget compliance
Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to streamline communication and ensure project success
Provide technical oversight and client updates throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, business development, or project management within the AV, technology, or construction industries
Strong understanding of AV systems, technical specifications, and industry trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment
Confident in client-facing roles with a professional, consultative approach
Experience with CRM tools, project management software, and sales reporting
