Assisting with legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents
Preparing case summaries and reports
Working closely with the legal team to support compliance efforts
Contributing to legal strategies
Providing assistance in various legal aspects of product development and operational initiatives for clients in the tech and startup sectors
Qualification
Required
Strong Legal knowledge and experience with Legal Document Preparation
Excellent Research and Writing skills
Effective Communication skills, including the ability to clearly present findings and collaborate with team members
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or currently enrolled in a law program
Preferred
Familiarity with legal issues in the tech industry or startups is a plus
