Account Executive
Pagos Consultants is a fast-growing AI company building a next-generation information and knowledge platform. As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise customers, helping organizations adopt advanced AI solutions and working closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through close across mid-market and enterprise accounts
Engage technical and business stakeholders to understand customer needs and map solutions to real use cases
Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including product, engineering, data, and executive leaders
Run discovery, demos, and deal strategy for complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Partner with solutions, product, and engineering teams to support evaluations and deployments
Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue while maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene
Provide feedback from the field to influence product roadmap and positioning
Qualification
Required
Proven experience closing mid-market or enterprise software deals as an AE
Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience selling technical or data-driven products, ideally in AI, developer tools, or SaaS
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience selling AI, ML, search, or data infrastructure products
Familiarity with selling to technical buyers such as Engineers, Data Scientists, or Product Leaders
Background in early-stage or high-growth technology companies
Experience shaping territory strategy or early go-to-market motions
