Responsible for configuring, imaging, and deploying laptops, desktops, and mobile devices according to client specifications
Performs hardware and software installations, system upgrades, and quality checks before shipment
Maintains accurate asset tracking in inventory systems, troubleshoots basic setup issues, and supports project rollout activities in collaboration with IT and logistics teams
