Qualification
Required
Skills in Lead Generation and Sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise to build and maintain strong relationships
Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and expanding customer accounts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
Previous experience in a sales or account management role, particularly in the telecommunications or internet service industry, is a plus
