They are seeking a Client Engagement & Delivery Manager to act as the primary point of contact for US clients, responsible for client engagement, onboarding, and coordination with offshore teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Responsibilities
Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their accounting, tax, and advisory needs
Conduct discovery meetings, requirement analysis, and service discussions
Work closely with leadership and pre-sales teams to convert prospects into clients
Prepare or support proposals, scope documents, and pricing discussions
Act as a trusted advisor and maintain strong client relationships
Lead client onboarding, including scope finalization, timelines, and expectations
Serve as the single point of contact for clients post-conversion
Coordinate with India offshore accounting and tax teams to execute engagements
Translate client requirements into clear instructions for offshore teams
Monitor delivery timelines, quality, and compliance
Review outputs and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations
Bridge communication between US clients, US office, and India offshore team
Conduct regular status calls and performance reviews with offshore teams
Ensure alignment on priorities, deadlines, and service standards
Support process improvements for efficient offshore delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
0–5 years of experience in client-facing roles within US accounting, tax, or consulting services
Strong understanding of US accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or tax services
Proven ability to manage clients end-to-end, from requirement gathering to delivery
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of client outcomes
Authorization to work in the USA (or eligible)
Preferred
Commerce Graduate MBA, CPA-pursuing candidates preferred
Prior experience working with offshore delivery models (India or other locations)
Experience with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
Exposure to public accounting or professional services firms
Multi-state or small-business tax exposure is a plus
