Responsibilities
Lead enterprise workforce optimization, scheduling, and capacity planning strategies
Design and implement governance models, policies, and standardized methodologies
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, regulatory impact, and scalability
Lead cross-functional initiatives delivering automation, analytics, and process improvements
Own workforce data governance, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and reporting standards
Analyze workforce and capacity data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
Build predictive models and scenario analyses to forecast workforce demand and financial impact
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for real-time visibility
Oversee direct labor budgeting and forecasting aligned to operational and financial goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, HR, or related field
Deep expertise in workforce management, scheduling, and capacity planning
Strong experience designing scalable frameworks in matrixed organizations
Advanced analytics and reporting capabilities (Power BI, SQL, Python, Databricks, Excel)
Proven ability to translate data insights into operational and strategic decisions
Strong stakeholder influence across senior and cross-functional leadership
Experience operating autonomously in complex, multi-site environments
Strategic, forward-thinking problem solver

Change leader with experience driving adoption of new methodologies
