Responsibilities
Lead the development and growth of our mission-critical and data center civil engineering practice
Build and maintain relationships with developers, hyperscalers, EPC contractors, and energy partners
Identify new opportunities, lead pursuits, and support proposal development
Advise on market trends, site selection considerations, and emerging technologies (including SMRs and advanced power solutions)
Lead site/civil engineering for large campus-style developments, including:
Mass grading
Drainage & hydrology (H&H)
Utility layout and routing
Qualification
Required
Senior-level civil engineer experience
Expertise in mission-critical and data center market
Experience with advanced energy infrastructure such as modular reactors and on-site power generation
Ability to lead site/civil engineering for large campus-style developments
Experience in mass grading, drainage & hydrology (H&H), and utility layout and routing
Strong business leadership and market development skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with developers, hyperscalers, EPC contractors, and energy partners
Experience in identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal development
Knowledge of market trends, site selection considerations, and emerging technologies
