Responsibilities
Drive UX strategy across large, high-impact product initiatives
Lead and mentor UI/UX designers and raise design standards
Run user research (interviews, personas, journey mapping) and turn insights into action
Produce high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and dev-ready UI specs
Build and scale design systems for consistency across products
Partner with Product/Engineering to ship polished, accessible experiences
Present design decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years in UI/UX design with end-to-end delivery experience
Strong leadership/mentorship experience in a product environment
Advanced skills in Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD + prototyping tools (Framer/InVision/Principle)
Confident with user testing, analytics, and accessibility best practices
Clear communicator, collaborative, and comfortable moving fast
