Responsibilities

Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems

Verify source documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Identify and correct data errors or discrepancies

Maintain organized electronic records and files

Generate routine reports and summaries as required

Perform regular data quality checks and audits

Protect sensitive and confidential company information

Follow established data entry procedures and company policies

Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Required
