Responsibilities
Set and drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution plan for our innovative AI platform
Lead software development across the full technology stack, ensuring high-quality, scalable, secure, and reliable solutions
Develop and refine our product strategy with an entrepreneurial, unorthodox, and creative approach to solving complex industry challenges
Hands-on development, coding, and troubleshooting as necessary, exemplifying technical excellence
Recruit, mentor, and inspire engineering and product teams, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and competitive environment
Engage directly with clients, partners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable development tasks
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices, especially within the legal services industry
Qualification
Required
U.S. citizen based in the Greater Phoenix area
Extensive full-stack software engineering expertise, including deep knowledge of modern frameworks, databases, front-end and back-end technologies
Significant experience architecting and developing advanced AI and machine learning solutions, leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Demonstrated success leading product strategy, design, development, and deployment, with a strong portfolio of successful technology products/platform launches
Expertise in scalable cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD practices, containerization, and microservices architecture
Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
High technology IQ with proven capability to rapidly absorb, utilize, and innovate with emerging technologies
Preferred
Professional experience or extensive familiarity with technology in the legal services sector
Proven experience navigating and complying with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
