Respond to and convert inbound leads (no cold calling)
Educate customers on services and guide purchasing decisions
Provide high-quality support via phone, email, and messaging
Follow up consistently and professionally
Track activity in CRM and collaborate closely with leadership
Contribute ideas to improve sales and customer experience processes
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
Ability to take ownership and follow up consistently
Experience in responding to and converting inbound leads
Capability to educate customers on services and guide purchasing decisions
High-quality support skills via phone, email, and messaging
Experience in tracking activity in CRM
Ability to collaborate closely with leadership
Willingness to contribute ideas to improve sales and customer experience processes
