Senior LevelAvolatus LLC is seeking a qualified GoHighLevel expert to architect, build, and launch a scalable CRM and automation platform for aviation training and consulting. The role involves designing a clean, reliable implementation with structured workflows and integrations to support various program structures.

Responsibilities
Architect a clean, scalable GoHighLevel environment
Build structured workflows for:
Training course delivery
Lead capture and nurturing
Client onboarding
Certification tracking
Internal operations support
Integrate forms, pipelines, tags, custom fields, and automations
Support both for-profit and nonprofit program structures
Establish documentation and handoff guidance for internal management
Proposals should address experience with the following:
GoHighLevel account architecture (agency or single-account strategy)
CRM pipelines and lifecycle design
Forms and workflows with conditional logic
Automation triggers, actions, and scoring
Membership areas and course delivery
Tags, custom fields, and data structure strategy
Email and SMS automation
Stripe/payment integrations (if applicable)
Documentation and system training for internal users
Qualification
Required
GoHighLevel implementation experience
Understanding of system design, automation logic, membership platforms, and long-term scalability
Experience with GoHighLevel account architecture (agency or single-account strategy)
Experience with CRM pipelines and lifecycle design
Experience with forms and workflows with conditional logic
Experience with automation triggers, actions, and scoring
Experience with membership areas and course delivery
Experience with tags, custom fields, and data structure strategy
Experience with email and SMS automation
Experience with Stripe/payment integrations (if applicable)
Experience with documentation and system training for internal users
Ability to explain why something should be built a certain way
Ability to think in systems, not just features
Comfortable collaborating with leadership, not just taking tasks
Ability to provide examples of real-world GHL builds, not templates
