Responsibilities
Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business and commercial objectives
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products within the bicycle industry
Translate market and customer insights into product requirements and specifications
Contribute to pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to support B2C growth
Act as the main interface between commercial and technical teams
Review and validate product designs using CAD tools
Manage product data, configurations, and changes through PLM systems
Support product development from concept, prototyping, and industrialization through to launch
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support product launches and customer communication
Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed
Ensure alignment between customer expectations, cost targets, timelines, and quality
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Product Manager (or a similar role) in a B2C environment
Strong understanding of product development and industrial processes
Practical knowledge of CAD tools and PLM systems
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive business results
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
Experience in the bicycle industry
Proactive, autonomous, and structured mindset
