Responsibilities
Prepare and process monthly contract invoices to ensure timely billing
Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage accounts receivable collections
Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards to ensure financial accuracy
Handle cash receipts and remote bank deposits efficiently
Participate in audits related to insurance, payroll, job costs, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and employee benefits
Provide support to administrative staff in processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and service-related tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Experience in invoice processing and follow-up
Knowledge of credit card and bank reconciliation procedures
Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Foundation software is highly desirable
Previous experience in construction accounting is preferred
