Responsibilities

Partnering with site leadership to integrate security considerations into business decisions
Overseeing the contract guard force and managing day‑to‑day physical security operations
Administering special access programs, visitor control, and classified material handling in accordance with NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117)
Developing and enforcing security policies, conducting investigations, and leading the Crisis Management Team
Driving compliance through audits, peer reviews, and coordination with DCIS, BSI, and internal inspection teams

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen
Possess an active Top Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to start
Deep knowledge of industrial security regulations
Proven track record of leading complex security initiatives
Partnering with site leadership to integrate security considerations into business decisions
Overseeing the contract guard force and managing day‑to‑day physical security operations
Administering special access programs, visitor control, and classified material handling in accordance with NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117)
Developing and enforcing security policies, conducting investigations, and leading the Crisis Management Team
Driving compliance through audits, peer reviews, and coordination with DCIS, BSI, and internal inspection teams

Preferred

A collaborative, innovative, and customer focused leadership style
Experience with SIMS, DISS, and NISS
Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CSSO, ACSSO, intelligence analyst or physical security specialist
Ability to work independently when required and be a team player
Highly organized and detail oriented
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in/with the following: Investigations, Guard Force Management, Crisis Management, Case Management, CCTV and access control systems
