Required

Leading team of 10 to 15 people
Experience Offshore/ onshore delivery model
Good in Customer communication and risk management
Hand on Experience with POS and Payment solution
Experienced in Lab/test environment Management
Experience with working on API automation
Proven experience in leading QA/testing teams within payment systems or POS application environments
Extensive hands-on experience with software testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, HP ALM, Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab
Strong knowledge of mobile application testing on Android and iOS platforms including UI/UX validation
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Shell scripting (Bash), C#, or Java for automation purposes
Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps
Experience with performance/load testing tools like LoadRunner or similar solutions
Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; experience working within an SDLC framework including Waterfall models is a plus
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues related to software quality assurance and system performance
Excellent communication skills to lead teams effectively and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
