Outside Sales Account Executive
Meade Engineering is a full-service design firm specializing in innovative, cost-effective solutions for data centers, cloud providers, and large-scale construction projects. They are looking for an Outside Sales Account Executive to lead market expansion and foster lasting client relationships across key sectors.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in data centers, commercial construction, and infrastructure
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
Lead pricing strategy development and manage the proposal process
Support contract negotiations and drive deal closure
Represent Meade Engineering at industry events to increase brand visibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the engineering, construction, or technology sectors
Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing complex business opportunities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with technical and executive-level stakeholders
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Ability to synthesize technical concepts and translate them into clear, compelling value propositions
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for building lasting partnerships and driving growth
Preferred
Experience working with engineering or construction firms or selling technical services
Familiarity with proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation
Comfortable speaking at industry events and delivering client-facing presentations
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and marketing automation platforms
