Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
Oversee AP/AR, vendor payments, and cash flow tracking
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls
Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve financial processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounting experience (hospitality or multi-unit preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and accounting platforms (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Restaurant 365 etc.)
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and solutions-driven
Preferred
CPA or progress toward certification is a plus
