Responsibilities

Participate in initial client discovery calls to understand objectives and scope
Design quantitative research surveys, including questionnaire development
Program and manage surveys in platforms such as SurveyMonkey
Oversee survey recruitment, primarily through email outreach
Monitor incoming data and ensure sample quality/completeness
Download, clean, and analyze quantitative data
Develop insights-driven PowerPoint presentations with clear narratives and data visualization
Present findings to clients in a professional, client-facing setting
Occasionally support qualitative research requests (e.g., interviews, focus groups)
Conduct secondary/desk research when needed
Provide an estimated number of hours and timeline per project
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Required

Skilled in custom, quantitative research projects
Ability to work across all stages of the research process

Preferred

Proven experience in survey design and quantitative research
Strong ability to pull out key insights and build compelling presentations
Expertise with SurveyMonkey or similar survey platforms
Proficiency in data analysis, with experience in Excel or statistical tools
Experience working with B2B audiences is strongly preferred
Client-facing experience, including presenting research findings
Ability to work on thought leadership topics such as economic outlook, industry trends, brand health, product positioning, etc
Experience conducting secondary research and/or qualitative research is a plus
Ability to juggle multiple research engagements
