Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging: Translate complex technical features into compelling narratives that connect our stablecoin solutions to tangible business outcomes for fintechs and institutions
GTM Strategy: Design and execute end-to-end Go-to-Market campaigns for new products, managing everything from initial planning to post-launch adoption analysis
Customer Lifecycle Management: Own the post-acquisition journey—creating programs for onboarding, activation, and long-term retention
Strategic Advisory: Act as a technical advisor to key partners, helping them troubleshoot blockers and track success metrics to ensure they achieve their financial goals
Cross-Functional Connector: Serve as the 'Voice of the Customer' internally, ensuring Product, Engineering, and Sales teams are aligned on market needs and product narratives

Required

Experience in product marketing, preferably in fintech or related industries
Strong understanding of stablecoins and digital currencies
Proven ability to translate complex technical features into compelling narratives
Experience designing and executing Go-to-Market campaigns
Ability to manage customer lifecycle from onboarding to retention
Strong analytical skills to assess post-launch adoption and success metrics
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams

Preferred

Experience in a mission-driven or startup environment
Familiarity with financial infrastructure and its challenges
Ability to act as a technical advisor to partners
