Responsibilities
Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement
Collaborating closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide consultative advice on market trends and candidate availability
Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates through various channels
Maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies
Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
Regularly updating stakeholders on recruitment progress
Participating in team meetings to share insights and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or a similar role
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates and managing client relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
