Lead Corporate - M&A transactions in the middle and lower middle market
Represent sponsors and portfolio companies in Corporate - Private Equity deals
Structure acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, and growth investments
Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and transaction documents
Manage due diligence and closing processes
Collaborate with cross-functional deal teams
Provide strategic counsel to private equity clients
Participate in negotiations and client-facing meetings
Handle multiple complex San Jose legal jobs involving corporate transactions
Qualification
Required
11 years of Corporate - Private Equity Attorney experience
Extensive background in middle market M&A transactions
Proven success managing private equity-backed deals
Strong academic credentials
Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills
Bar admission in good standing required
