Develop detailed evaluation rubrics to assess AI agent performance in real estate finance tasks
Collaborate asynchronously with a team of domain experts and researchers
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field from a top-tier university
Professional experience in real estate investment, development, asset management, or property analysis
Hands-on experience with real estate databases such as CoStar, Zillow, MLS systems, or municipal GIS portals
Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high proficiency in English
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, project-based environment
