Responsibilities

Design and Implementation of enterprise wise technical and domain based solution for Connected Products, Factory of The Future and other solutions that meet Manufacturing and other domain customers’ Digitization and Transformation needs and are consistent with enterprise architectural standards

Work with Sales team in USA, Europe and Rest of the Globe as Industry 4.0 Lead SME supported by SME team from different subpractices and Presales to lead the business solution. Lead the RFP, customer innovation or Partner innovation process

Well versed with implementation of connectivity of the machines with multiple IIoT/software platforms to lead the practice team from Assessment, Design , configuration till the Business Solution

Integrating IIoT cloud platform-as-a-service (PAAS) with industrial software, external interfaces, PLC,SCADA, Historian MES and other OT application like SPS, OEE and ERP for developing predictive maintenance, business insights using Machine Data, MFF solutions using AR/VR, Digital Twins for the industrial use

Understands Implementation of the MES & MOM COTS products to able to Communicate & collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders and development team

Defining IIoT/IoT application strategies & solutions for customer applications and acts as a thought leader and arbiter of decisions in their specific areas of expertise

Required

End to end Technical knowledge for Industry 4.0 with multi-cloud skills, .Net/Java/Python backend, Web services – (SOAP, REST), Messaging technologies like (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Device Protocols/Communication (M2M, MQTT, CoAP, OPC UA)

Experience on multiple IoT platforms (Azure IoT/ Aws IoT/PTC / IBM/Google etc) Platform

Exposure on Edge, AR/VR, Mobile technologies Service Management, Security, scalability

Strong domain concepts in industry domains like manufacturing, LifeSciences, Hi-Tech, Oil & Gas, Utilities etc

Ability to command the respect of not only information technology peers, but also business management. Strong understanding of business requirements and processes as they relate to enterprise architecture and the implementation of technology infrastructure
