Team Leader - Workforce Rostering
The Alfred Foundation is a public health service delivering high-quality care across various stages of life. The Workforce Team Leader is responsible for ensuring accurate rostering and payroll sign-off for employees, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and providing leadership to the Workforce Roster Coordinators.
Responsibilities
Ensuring the accurate and timely rostering and payroll sign-off for all AHSS employees
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and proactive leave management
Providing leadership and guidance to the Workforce Roster Coordinators
Ensuring high-quality service delivery, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement in workforce operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum three years' experience in rostering and scheduling within aged care, disability, or health service environments, including proficiency with employee scheduling software
An administration, business or public health qualification
Preferred
Previous experience in a Public Health setting
