Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
Collaborate with litigation teams while maintaining significant independent responsibility
Advise business owners, developers, and lenders on litigation strategy
Qualification
Required
5–7 years' experience as a Litigation - Real Estate or Commercial Litigation Attorney
State Bar required (Pennsylvania)
Proven success in commercial and contract litigation
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
Experience handling matters independently
