Support patent litigation across federal courts and the ITC
Work closely with senior attorneys on strategy for complex IP disputes
Draft pleadings, motions, claim construction briefs, and discovery materials
Analyze technical documents involving electrical, mechanical, and software technologies
Assist with expert preparation and deposition strategy
Conduct legal research on patent validity, infringement, and procedural issues
Collaborate with engineers and technical specialists
Qualification
Required
2–3 years' experience as an IP Litigation Attorney
Degree or background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, mechanical engineering, or similar hard science
Patent litigation experience strongly preferred
Superior academic credentials
DC Bar required or ability to waive in
Excellent writing and analytical ability
