Responsibilities

Prospect and build pipeline (outbound plus inbound follow-up)
Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities using a structured framework (ex: MEDDPICC)
Translate needs into clear solutions: product selection, samples, pricing, timelines, and next steps
Manage the deal process end-to-end: stakeholders, approvals, commercial terms, close plans
Coordinate internally on samples, documentation, and delivery expectations
Own accounts after close: reorders, expansions, cross-sells, and retention
Maintain accurate CRM data: stages, next steps, expected close dates, and deal values
Represent Eybna at key industry events and in-person meetings

Qualification

B2B sales experienceFull-cycle sales ownershipTechnical product salesCRM proficiencyCommunication skills

Required

Proven B2B sales experience selling terpenes or closely related flavor/aroma ingredients
Full-cycle ownership: hunt, close, and grow
Comfort selling a technical product to operational buyers (procurement, R&D, product, ops)
Strong discovery and qualification
CRM - Professional level
US-based. Able to travel for key accounts and events
