Responsibilities
Serve as the Senior HR Business Partner leader for large, complex functional areas, providing strategic counsel to executive and senior leadership
Partner closely with Sales leaders, advising on:
Variable compensation and incentive structures
Performance management in sales-driven environments
Sales leadership capability, effectiveness, and development
Lead, coach, and empower a team of HR Business Partners to deliver exceptional outcomes
Drive proactive associate relations and change management strategies in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence
Collaborate across other COE's, including Compensation, Benefits, and Talent teams, to design and execute people solutions aligned to business priorities
Lead talent, engagement, succession, organizational design, and workforce planning initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws, audits, and regulatory requirements
Foster a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and organizational values
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including people management
Proven HR leadership experience supporting sales-driven or commercial organizations
Strong familiarity with variable compensation models, incentive plans, and bonus structures
Ability to coach leaders through growth, change, and transformation
Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive teams
Comfortable influencing across multiple layers and functions in a large, matrixed organization
Willingness to travel to support teams across major U.S. locations
Preferred
Experience operating in environments with significant organizational change, transformation, or M&A (strong plus)
Sales or commercial environment experience strongly preferred
