Addressing and resolving user issues related to desktop computers, printers, and hardware
Troubleshooting
Performing diagnostics
Assisting end-users in resolving technical challenges
Collaborate with the IT team
Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
Strong knowledge of Technical Support, including Printer Support and Troubleshooting
Familiarity with diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues efficiently
Excellent communication skills to support end-users effectively in a professional environment
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced workplace
Preferred
Previous experience in technical support or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or similar credentials are a plus
