Responsibilities
Reviewing (& preparing when required) complex tax work across individuals, partnerships, S Corps, C Corps, and trusts
Leading advisory conversations around wealth planning, structuring, and succession
Acting as the primary adviser for high value, multi entity client relationships
Overseeing workflow, standards, and the development of junior team members
Taking on succession focused responsibilities as you move toward firm leadership
Improving processes and elevating the client experience as part of the firm’s future
Qualification
Required
EA or CPA operating comfortably at Tax Supervisor or Tax Manager level
Experience in reviewing (& preparing when required) complex tax work across individuals, partnerships, S Corps, C Corps, and trusts
Experience leading advisory conversations around wealth planning, structuring, and succession
Ability to act as the primary adviser for high value, multi entity client relationships
Experience overseeing workflow, standards, and the development of junior team members
Willingness to take on succession focused responsibilities as you move toward firm leadership
Ability to improve processes and elevate the client experience as part of the firm's future
Enjoys advisory-led, client-facing work rather than pure technical delivery
Ambitious but values clarity, balance, and long-term stability
Wants genuine ownership of clients, decisions, and career direction
Comfortable working with wealthy, commercially minded clients
