Chief Growth Officer
Law Firm Mentor is a company that provides business coaching to help law firm owners achieve efficiency and success. They are seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead the company's growth strategy by driving revenue growth and optimizing marketing and sales performance across various channels.

Responsibilities
Own the company’s growth strategy, translating the CEO’s vision into scalable initiatives with clear priorities, success metrics, and quarterly targets
Define and own marketing and sales performance frameworks across all channels, ensuring programs and offerings operate as performance-driven growth engines
Redesign and optimize retreats and deliverables to align with revenue objectives
Evaluate programs against clearly defined KPIs to measure impact on lead generation, conversion, retention, and revenue, while partnering closely with executive leadership to align growth strategy across the organization
Define and optimize top-of-funnel demand-generation strategies across key channels, including client referrals, Facebook Ads (managed via an external vendor), webinar funnels, and other channels such as social media, podcasts, and a book launch, as well as research and recommend additional channels to achieve growth objectives
Provide strategic direction and guidance to internal teams and vendors to drive a predictable, high-quality sales pipeline
Establish performance expectations for each channel to support pipeline and revenue goals
Ensure all demand-generation efforts consistently produce measurable results aligned with KPIs
Own the end-to-end growth funnel from lead capture through sales-qualified opportunity
Partner with sales leadership to ensure lead quality, visibility, and effective handoff
Identify and remove conversion bottlenecks across the funnel
Maintain clear ownership of funnel performance while partnering with sales on pipeline outcomes (excluding sales execution and closing)
Own retention and expansion strategy across the client lifecycle
Design lifecycle marketing that engages current clients and positions future and aspirational offerings
Ensure clients feel well-served while maintaining a clear path for continued engagement and additional purchases
Drive retention and expansion through clearly defined performance targets and measurable initiatives
Own CRM and growth-related systems to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor pipeline health, conversions, retention, and revenue impact
Use data to inform decisions, guide prioritization, and align cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
You are a person of the highest ethics and integrity, guided by a strong moral compass
You are business and profit-minded, driven to impact the company's success and take it from 7 to 8 figures over the next three to five years
You are confident, high-energy, and know how to market and sell effectively
You have proven experience driving growth in online coaching or an education business model and have expertise in B2C digital marketing, with a focus on sales funnels and conversion optimization
You are autonomous and action-oriented, able to strategize and execute independently without much guidance or daily touchpoints
You proactively identify opportunities to optimize sales, future-cast offerings, and drive long-term growth initiatives
You focus on results, executing quickly to attract new customers without overthinking or over-strategizing
You have strong emotional intelligence and navigate complex situations with professionalism
You have a strong curiosity about customer behavior and decision-making, and are motivated to create mutually beneficial outcomes
You are data-driven and able to translate insights into actionable growth strategies
You are tech-savvy and can quickly learn new tools in digital marketing (e.g., HubSpot)
You understand the nuances of small business start-ups and can adapt quickly and nimbly
You are comfortable partnering directly with a founder and aligning with her vision
You have a deep respect for each person's zone of genius on the team
You own your mistakes and take accountability without hesitation
Preferred
Experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not required for this role
