Responsibilities

Coordinate and unload job site deliveries
Coordinate and perform installation of food service equipment
Comfortable driving a large, non CDL box truck, fork lift and Lull
Complete punch list work
Work with project manager to ensure customer satisfaction
Out of town work, overtime work and occasional, but rare, over night work will be required
Receiving and staging equipment in the Clark Florida warehouse
Load tractor trailers when installations are scheduled

Required

General construction knowledge
Leadership ambition to succeed in a fast paced team environment
Comfortable driving a large, non CDL box truck, fork lift and Lull
Ability to coordinate and perform installation of food service equipment
Ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs
Ability to perform heavy lifting
Ability to work with a small team of dedicated construction professionals
Ability to complete punch list work
Ability to work with project manager to ensure customer satisfaction
Ability to perform out of town work, overtime work and occasional overnight work

Preferred

Able to read construction documents and take accurate measurements
Mechanical ability, construction experience or trade school training a plus
