Responsibilities
Cultivate and expand a client base through strategic outreach, including video calls, phone conversations, and in-person meetings
Identify and nurture new business opportunities with key client hiring managers and senior executives
Recruit, evaluate, and place leading industry professionals in full-time roles with our clients. Develop job postings, search, screen, and identify qualified candidates, present them to clients, and manage both client and candidates through the hiring process
Build strong relationships with top candidates, conduct professional interviews via phone, video, and in-person to qualify them for client positions
Expand and maintain the existing client base, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospective business and secure qualified opportunities
Qualification
Required
A strong desire to build a career in Recruiting, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
Proven track record in sales – either as an Account Manager or in Business Development
Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, commission-oriented, money-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts
Preferred
Experience in a Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Recruiter role preferred
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
