Required

Experience in mixed-use, mid- or high-rise developments, particularly multi-family residential/commercial projects
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Excel
Experience managing sub-consultants and project documentation through all phases of design
Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in construction administration in NYC
Ability to mentor and support junior team members
