Responsibilities
Own the production trading environment - drive performance, reliability, and operability through continuous improvement
Build technical operations tooling including configuration management, process automation, deployment pipelines, and monitoring systems
Partner directly with Traders, Researchers, and Developers to troubleshoot complex system issues, manage incidents, and optimize the trading stack
Proactively monitor large-scale distributed trading systems ensuring uptime and performance during live market hours
Qualification
Required
2+ YoE
Linux systems engineering
Python and scripting for automation and tooling
Configuration management and deployment automation
Performance monitoring and incident response
Cross-functional troubleshooting with technology teams
